Lou CasaBianca (Sadly passed away of non-covid related issues on 19th August 2021)

The Healing Pool publishing enterprise represents a superb blend of timing and a major synchronicity of purpose. The impetus to create a digital venue in the virtual world and a companion magazine was first “channeled” by Gina Pickersgill, who was led by her ’Guides’ to find land in the virtual world of Second Life and call it The Healing Pool.

In 2008, Gina was instrumental in pioneering applications to NLP in virtual worlds. Simultaneously, veteran social impact new media entrepreneur and publisher Lou CasaBianca recognizing the potential benefits of augmented and virtual reality had been working in various virtual worlds to explore the possibilities of the use of these powerful emerging technologies in New Paradigm Wellness. Specifically in their application to post traumatic stress disorders (PTSD) and developing solutions for a variety of neural consciousness and mental wellness challenges.

It seems it was inevitable that they/we would meet in the virtual world and join forces to accomplish our extremely compatible and timely visions. Flash forward to 2019 and the rebirth of The Healing Pool as digital publications, expanded virtual world and live venues, and a series of companion websites and podcasts.
